That Smell of my cologne… The smell that signifies when we were together in love… that smell of falling deeper in love with you to the point that I knew we would be together forever.
I loved that cologne because you loved that cologne.
I would put it on ensuring that when you smelled, when you smell me, we would be okay. But we hit some wall, we broke each others hearts and love became bland but, I digress, if u don’t have love for me I know you still love the cologne, maybe, just maybe that smell can bring u back around, bring back some memories of us…
That cologne became a crutch. Desperately drenched in Versace…. hoping you would come back… hoping that when you enter the building I left, you’ll smell it… hoping you would remember me…
You didn’t….
I smelled that exact same cologne today… The same cologne I used to put on for you…
It stunk…
